Step1: Arrange projects to detailers.
Step2: Tracking quality, and provide RFIs.
Step3: Final check the model, ensure the time to IFA and IFC.
Detailer : Mainly to modeling and drafting.
Step1: Modeling by the Arch's and Stru's.
Step2: Receive markup and draft correctly.
Step3: Reporting process to project manager regularly.
Checker : Mainly to check the model and draft drawings.
Step1: Start checking when detailer has finished the model.
Step2: Feedback errors to detailer.
Step3: Check again until the errors have been revised.
